It's still winter here. We got a glimpse of 50-degrees a few weeks ago and broke out the strollers. I took the girls to a park (we've still been going in the snow, but since it was so nice we went to one further away -- with baby swings). I didn't really think the trip through, though. Two feet of snow, warm day...well things were pretty smooshy. Who are we to complain -- we'll take smoosh over freezing any day!
Claire is such a sweet big sister to Anna. It's amazing how they both light up around each other. On the rare occasion that Claire is not home, Anna clearly searches for her. They have this crazy silly laugh that they reserve for each other. Ahhh...I am going to hold onto this moment! It makes the torture that is potty training much more tolerable!
The birthday girl!
Anna figured out how to give herself a bottle.
Claire tried ice skating this weekend! Grandma and Grandpa Meyer gave her a Strawberry Shortcake DVD in which "ice dancing" is heavily featured. One lap after clutching the walker and begging me to "hold on tighter" she asked when she could start ice dancing. We need a few more laps before we're ready to give up the walker!
